In the End...
Sunderland players engulf Vito Mannone before peeling away to pump fists at their fans high in the Old Trafford rafters.
David Moyes trudges off down the tunnel and the television cameras spin round to locate Sir Alex Ferguson queuing for the exits.

Manchester United went into the game with a goal behind with aggregates at 1-2 in favour of Sunderland. However a quick fix made it 1-0 for the night and 2-2 aggregate.

The game went into extra time and in the final minute of the extra time 2nd half, Sunderland pulled an equalizer and the whole stadium was in roar. However to make the night more interesting, Hernandez slotted another goal at the final of the final minute of the extra time 2nd half to make the aggregates 3-3 and sending the game to penalties.

Long and short...Manchester United lost the game on penalties as Rafael failed to keep Man Utd in the game after Johnson lost the supposed winning kick for Sunderland.

Sunderland in the Final to face Manchester City...#Congrats to Puyet
