Lagos N168m debt threatens rural water supply

Gbenro Adeoye Rural residents in Lagos State may not have access to potable water in 2016 due to the N168m debt the state government owes private managers of its micro-water schemes, The PUNCH investigation has revealed. Findings by our correspondent showed that all the managers of the state’s 28 micro-water schemes, spread across rural communities
