Photos, videos, GIFs & more no longer count as part of the 140 characters on Twitter

Online social networking service Twitter has finally made  an update by changing the way it counts the 140 characters in tweets.  The new update ensures that attachments such as photos, videos, polls,  GIFs and quoted tweets, are no longer counted as part of the 140  characters limit. Hence Twitter users can now share more.
