Man admits dealing on illicit drugs

A 35-year-old man, Abinbila Etuk, on Tuesday admitted before a Federal High Court in Lagos that he deals on illicit drugs. Etuk, a scavenger was arraigned by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) on one-count charge bordering on dealing on banned narcotics.
