NSCDC arrests two, destroys 10 illegal refineries in Rivers

Mr Lawal Haruna, Commandant Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Rivers Command, Says it’s personnel arrested two persons for allegedly vandalizing an oil pipeline and operating illegal refineries.
