PETER ODEMWINGIE VICTIM OF INTERNET SPOOF PICS
« on: February 02, 2013, 02:21:46 AM »

HILARIOUS spoofs mocking snubbed soccer star Peter Odemwingie have gone viral on the internet.

The West Brom striker, 31, drove to QPR’s ground in a bid to force through a transfer deadline day move, but was turned away by officials.

In one cheeky image posted online, the Nigeria star is seen in his Baggies shirt tunnelling his way into Loftus Road by digging himself out of a big hole in the turf.

Another pic shows him poking through curtains at the unveiling of David Beckham, 37, at Paris Saint- Germain – with Odemwingie pleading: “Sign me up too!” And a third features him as a cheetah diving into piles of cash being shovelled by QPR manager Harry Redknapp, 65.

Fans are already planning terrace chants to take the mickey out of the player and he faces a furious backlash from West Brom supporters.

One jibe posted on Twitter, sung to the tune of Carly Rae Jepson’s Call Me Maybe: “Sign me maybe, hey I just drove here, and this is crazy, I’m in your car park, so sign me maybe.”
