Politics: The Saudis still haven't locked in the massive arms deals Trump touted, and they're still talking to Russia about its advanced S-400 air defense system

President Donald Trump heralded a raft of defense deals worth $110 billion when he visited Saudi Arabia last year, but many of those deals have yet to be finalized, and Riyadh is talking to Russia about that country's advanced air-defense system — which the Pentagon doesn't want them to buy.
