Russia To Send Military Specialists To Congo Republic: Kremlin

Russia is sending military specialists to Congo Republic to service Russian-made military hardware and equipment there, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said yesterday. Congo borders Central African Republic (CAR), where Moscow has a UN-approved mission, and will become one of the few African countries with an officially confirmed presence of Russian military personnel on the ground.
