Man City 2013 Force GROWS with Negredo & Striker Stevan Jovetic

Manchester City have completed the signing of Spanish international striker Alvaro Negredo from Sevilla.

Negredo, 27, arrived in Manchester on Thursday to undergo a medical before finalising the deal.

He joins former Sevilla team-mate Jesus Navas in new manager Manuel Pellegrini's reshaped squad, and will wear the number nine shirt.

 Manchester City will make Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic their fourth high-profile signing of the summer, subject to a medical on Friday.

City moved quickly to finalise the £22m deal for the Montenegro international as new boss Manuel Pellegrini continues to reshape his squad.

Jovetic, 23, had attracted interest from Arsenal and Manchester United. City will also announce the signing of Sevilla forward Alvaro Negredo after he passed a medical on Thursday.
