Gov Emmanuel orders repair of Calabar-Itu Highway

The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Udom Emmanuel, has ordered the immediate commencement of emergency intervention works at the fallen portion of the Calabar-Itu federal highway in Akon, Itu local government area of the state. The dilapidated gully site which is located near Raycon construction company, has claimed many lives including motorists and passengers alike….
