What is the secret of a long lasting relationship ?

I was asked by a friend what the secret of a long lasting relationship was->that one that leads to marriage and beyond and i said TRUST, but then again...which is it?

1. Trust
2. Communication
3. Tolerance
4. Understanding
5. Honesty
