Buhari mourns former Nigeria’s ambassador to Vatican, Sagay

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), Thursday, condoled with the family of former Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Holy See, The Vatican, Isaac Sagay, on the passing of their patriarch.
