Abia ADC chair faults dissolution of state exco

Following a purported dissolution of African Democratic Congress’ Abia elected state executive and subsequent inauguration of an interim state executive by the party’s National Chairman, Chief Ralphs Nwosu, the party’s elected chairman in Abia, Obinna Norman, says the action cannot stand.
