2023 Elections: Thugs disrupt election, steal 8 BVAS machines in Delta, Katsina

The Independent National Electoral Commision (INEC) has confirmed disruption of voting exercise in Delta and Katsina States by stealing eight Bimodal Voters Accrediton System (BVAS) machines.
