Caught my only brother in my matrimonial bed with my husband.

I am so devastated right now that I think I'll need a psychologist. I'm married to a very Rich man.
I got the shock of my life when I caught my husband and my younger brother making love on our matrimonial bed and I'm almost running mad. I don't what to do.
The only thing I was able to do after catching them was to just scream and I ran out of the house.
We are orphans, he's my only brother and the only sibling I have as a result he started living with my husband and I when he graduated.
After the nasty sight of seeing my husband and brother in bed, I had to leave the house to stay with my friend somewhere else.
Now its all making sense, no wonder he never allowed a female house help live with them.
Please I need your advice, I don't know what to do. Please help before I loose my mind completely.
