Kalu mulls bill to nationalise Igbo apprenticeship system

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, has said he is considering moving a bill to institutionalise the Igbo system of apprenticeship as part of moves to address the dearth of skilled workers and unemployment in the country. He said another bill to make Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo national languages was also
