No treatment for Dengue fever, exercise caution — NCDC

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention has said there is no specific treatment available for the dengue fever. It, therefore, urged Nigerians, especially people living in Sokoto, to take preventive measures against the virus.
