FG faults increased mortality rate to lack of blood products, access

The Director General of the National Blood Service Commission, (NBSC), Prof. Saleh Yuguda, has said recent data indicated that more people are dying from lack of access to blood and blood products than communicable diseases in developing countries. Yuguda said this in Abuja on Friday at the 2024 World Blood Donor Day (WBDD) Celebration themed,
