Chelsea battles Athletico Madrid Tonight to Face Off on European Super Cup

Chelsea, The UEFA Champions will face the UEFA Europa Champions tonight in all out action Super Cup competition. Chelsea having won their last 3 games in the Barclays remier League after loosing the Community Shield Cup to Manchester City will be hoping to start the new season with at least a Cup to increase team moral.

Chelsea Manager Di Matteo, has demanded Chelsea treat tonight’s UEFA Super Cup final against Athletico Madrid seriously. The Italian won the competition as a player and wants his side to use their Champions League triumph as inspiration for the contest.

Chelsea’s boss said on the London club’s official website: “The consequence of that night is why we’re here and we shouldn’t forget how hard it was to be here.
