Lawyers match for Buhari/Osinbajo Ticket in Osun State

Legal practitioners under the aegis of Lawyers for Change, on Wednesday, in Osogbo, capital city of Osun State, staged a walk to drum support for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Major General Muhammadu Buhari and his running mate, Professor Yemi Osinbajo.

Donning T-shirts with inscription of “Lawyers for Change, the lawyers, numbering over 100 marched through major streets, distributing pamphlets and other souvenirs to create awareness and seek support of the electorate, ahead of the February 14 presidential poll, for the APC.

Speaking with journalists, the national coordinator of Lawyers for Change, Mr Adesina Ogunlana said they were inspired by the emergence of Osinbajo as the vice presidential candidate of Buhari, stressing that “we are bound to identify with credible individuals, participating in electoral process.”
