So after six weeks of been sworn in, reports has revealed these people as the brain behind Buhari and Osinbajo (Vice President) administration. See the list below:



Mr. Aliyu Ismaila (Ministry of Defence): He is the permanent secretary for the Ministry of Defence. The ministry is reputed to be one of the most if not the most powerful in the land. Ismaila is a 1980 graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He joined the Federal Civil Service in 2006 as an Assistant Director in the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
