IGP charges police on human rights

The Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase, has charged the police to respect the fundamental human rights of citizens, saying that bail is free. Arase stated that any police command that was not accountable to the people it serves would not be successful. He encouraged people in the community to report any policeman caught violating
