ERASTUS AKINGBOLA re-arrested by EFCC - prep for Court Tomorrow

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC said it has re-arrested acclaimed rogue banker Erastus Akingbola, the  former managing director of Intercontinental Bank Plc( now Access Bank Plc).

In terse press statement released to the media today, the EFCC stated that Mr. Akingbola "is currently being held at the Commission’s facility I Ikoyi, Lagos, preparatory to his arraignment tomorrow, February 26, 2013 before Justice Adeniyi Onigbanjo of the Lagos High Court on fresh charges of stealing." The anti corruption agency further states that Mr. Akingbola will arraigned freshly on fraud charges before another Lagos High Court judge. Sahara
