INEC swears in nine more RECs towards 2019 elections

Fidelis Soriwei The chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Mahmud Yakubu, on Tuesday swore in nine more Resident Electoral Commissioners ahead of the 2019 General Elections.
