Make Ibe Kachikwu substantive Minister of Petroleum Resources, NANS tells Buhari

NATIONAL Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, Zone B, has told  President Muhammadu Buhari to disengage himself from the Ministry of Petroleum Resources as Minister, following the lingering fuel scarcity in the country.
