Tech: Instagram's new TV service recommended videos of potential child abuse

Instagram's new TV service, IGTV, is recommending disturbing and potentially illegal videos, a Business Insider investigation has found. BI monitored IGTV and found its algorithm was recommending videos of what appeared to be child exploitation and genital mutilation.
