Travel Advisory For Partial Closure Of Lagos-Ibadan Expressway

In view of the imminent closure of inbound Lagos traffic along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway for reconstruction and rehabilitation work on the 600km-stretch of the corridor to be carried out from Berger (New Garage Bus Stop) – Ogun River (Kara Bridge), scheduled for Monday, 2nd September-Sunday, 15th December, 2019, the Lagos State Traffic Management has released a travel advisory to help travelers plan their journey.

In the advisory released on Sunday, LASTMA explained that movement from Kara Bridge inward Berger would be sealed off while traffic would be diverted into the other part of the road going out of Lagos. 

It noted that the road would be divided into two lanes, both ways and traffic would be divided back to the road going inward Lagos at Berger intersection which links River Valley Estate.
