Tom Cruise in a Divorce Suit with His Third Wife | All Wives left at Age 33

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes lasted five years. And according to the prenup, she's gonna walk away golden! Katie collects 3M for each year of marriage, up to a maximum of 11 years, equaling $33M (we're back to that 33 numerology again).

Katie Holmes is the one who filed for divorce and Tom Cruise was "blindsided" by Katie's legal move and it was reported that Katie filed the divorce docs in New York on June 28, citing "irreconcilable differences."  She is asking for sole legal custody and "primary residential custody" of the couple's 6-year-old daughter, Suri.

Tom Cruise has reportedly told friends 'there is absolutley no way' he is going to give up his daughter Suri without a fight - as battle 'lines are being drawn' in divorce proceedings from Katie Holmes. Re-grouping after reportedly being stunned by Holmes' decision to end their five-year marriage and seek sole custody of six-year-old Suri, Cruise wants to file for divorce in a Californian court which would be more likely to give him joint custody.

One Creepy thing though, all three of Tom Cruise's marriages have ended when the wives were 33.

He wed MiMi Rogers in May of 1987, but they broke up in 1990... when she was 33. Then he moved on with Nicole Kidman. They were happy for ten years but guess what! They split when she was 33 too! And now, just a day after her divorce announcement, Katie Holmes has 33 years under her belt.
