By Onozure Dania – Lagos Justice Oluwatoyin Ipaye of a Lagos High Court sitting in Igbosere has discharged and acquitted a man, Niyi Oyelami, who was accused of defiling his neighbours’ 9-year-old daughter. The court discharged and acquitted the defendant after finding him not guilty of the offence of defilement after five years of trial.
