BENIN CITY – The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki on Tuesday joined his Delta State counterpart, Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa to commission the Otu-Jeremi-Okwagbe Road and the Effurun-Otor Bridge/Access Road constructed by the Governor Okowa-led administration.
