Buhari to present 2018 budget proposal to NASS on Tuesday
Nigeria's President, Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday wrote to the House of Representatives asking to be granted leave to address a joint session of the National Assembly to present the 2018 budget proposal on Tuesday, November 7.
