Anambra commissioner knocks military over extortion at checkpoints

The Anambra State Commissioner for Information, Paul Nwosu, has blasted military men mounting checkpoints across the state. Nwosu accused them of using the checkpoints to extort and harass motorists instead of pursuing criminals terrorising the state.
