Asian markets gain on China optimism, Euro dips

Most markets rose in Asia on Tuesday on hopes China will unveil fresh measures to boost the world’s number two economy following reports that authorities will hold a key meeting next week. The gains, which followed another record day on Wall Street, came as traders were also left assessing Washington’s decision to impose fresh tech
