Terminally ill woman and her daughter spotted at Oshodi bridge, Lagos

A  sick woman and her daughter were spotted under Oshodi bridge, Lagos.  According to Twitter user Janie Walkie, who posted the photo, the little  girl had been fanning her mother all day. See her tweets after the cut.
