NYSC: Army apologies to victim of rights abuse -NigPilot

The Nigerian Army on Thursday evening tendered an unreserved apology to the victim dehumanized by its female officer, her family members, friends, National Youth Service Corps, and Nigerians for the unwholesome treatment meted out to the female Corps member.
