Rita Daniels, the mother of actress Regina Daniels, has announced that her son Sammy Ojeagwu, who was reportedly arrested at the behest of her son-in-law Ned Nwoko, has been located. Regina and Nwoko have been in the public eye over the crisis in their marriage. The dispute began in October when a viral video showed Daniels in tears, accusing Nwoko of domestic violence. The senator countered by alleging his wife was battling drug and alcohol addiction. The situation intensified on November 3 when Regina accused Nwoko of orchestrating the arrest of her brothers. Regina also alleged that Nwoko was using their detention to coerce her into returning to a rehabilitation facility. The Nollywood star alleged that Sammy was flown from Lagos to Abuja and was being taken directly to court from the airport, bypassing standard procedures. However, a recent video posted on actress Doris Ogala’s Instagram page shows Rita Daniels expressing relief and gratitude.
