Luke Shaw doesn’t know what he’ll do if England win Euro 2020, so he’s decided to put the power in your hands.

The Three Lions left-back has vowed to let talkSPORT listeners decide how he will celebrate should England lift the Henri Delaunay trophy next month.

Shaw might come to regret that decision on July 11!

talkSPORT’s Darren Bent has promised to dye his hair blonde like Phil Foden – and Paul Gascoigne, of course – while Declan Rice has said he’ll have his first ever pint of beer, as will Jadon Sancho… if his mum let’s him.

But Shaw was scratching his head for things to do when he spoke exclusively to talkSPORT’s Faye Carruthers.

“It’s hard. I’m trying to think of a first thing that I could do, I feel like I’ve done quite a lot,” Shaw said

“I can’t really do anything with my hair because I ain’t got much any more!”

And he might live to regret what he said next, with the talkSPORT message boards already flooded with wacky suggestions what the United star should do.

“I’ll let talkSPORT decide,” he added. “I wouldn’t care, if we won the Euros, I’ll do whatever.

“Whatever the listeners or talkSPORT want, I’ll do!

There’s one suggestion that wouldn’t leave supporters of his club, Manchester United, best pleased

“As long as it’s, you know, sensible. Not something crazy, but I’ll do it.”

So what should the England and Manchester United star do? The Breakfast team put this to listeners and safe to say some suggestions were more sensible than others…

Not Shaw what to do

talkSPORT listeners have suggested what Luke Shaw could do if England win Euro 2020

  • Fight Jose Mourinho in the Octagon
  • Get a tattoo of Alan Brazil and Ally McCoist
  • Wear a waistcoat at Manchester United’s first game of the season
  • Wear a Man City shirt when arriving back with trophy
  • Crawl around like a cat (like George Galloway on Big Brother) on the pitch if England win
  • Present talkSPORT Breakfast show
  • Swim the Thames with Alan Brazil

As McCoist said on Wednesday’s Breakfast show: “A tattoo of me and Big Al? It would take over his entire body!”

Shaw and England got their Euro 2020 campaign up and running with a win over Croatia on Sunday.

Their next outing sees them take on Auld Enemy Scotland at Wembley on Friday night, which you can listen to LIVE on talkSPORT and talkSPORT 2.

talkSPORT and talkSPORT 2 will have live commentary of EVERY game of Euro 2020. You won’t miss a thing as we bring you round the clock coverage, reaction and analysis from June 11-July 11. Listen online HERE.
