Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United have been put on red alert with Inter Milan to reportedly accept offers above £43million for Denzel Dumfries.

The right wing-back has been one the standout players at the World Cup in Qatar where he has helped Netherlands reach the quarter-finals.

Dumfries chipped in with a goal and an assist in the 3-1 victory against USA in the Round of 16.

His Man of the Match performance led to claims that Chelsea were eyeing up a swoop to sign him in 2023.

The defender then addressed rumours linking him with a switch to Stamford Bridge where he insisted it is a ‘compliment’ to be tracked by the Blues.

And according to Calciomercato, his asking price has now been revealed, with Inter likely to accept offers above £43m.

They would also be keen for a further £8.6m in bonuses with the Serie A giants said to be in desperate need of funds.

The news outlet states that both Chelsea and United are weighing up a move for the 26-year-old, who still has three years left on his contract.

And in another report from Calciomercato, Dumfries is alleged to be on Spurs’ radar ahead of a possible January transfer.

It has been claimed the price tag isn’t an issue for Tottenham with Antonio Conte desperate to bring in a new right-back to replace Emerson Royal and Matt Doherty.

Though it has been stressed that Dumfries is happy at the San Siro, and would gladly wait until next summer before thinking of his future.

Dumfries’ agent Rafaela Pimenta recently commented on Inter’s asking price where she joked she hopes his value is not increasing.

Asked by Sky Sport Italia whether she fears Inter may be asking for more money, Pimenta said: “Let’s hope not.

“Otherwise it would be more difficult to transfer him!”

Dumfries joined Inter from PSV in 2021 on the back of his dazzling displays at Euro 2020 to replace Achraf Hakimi.

He scored five goals and provided seven assists last season, and has two goals and three assists to his name this term.
