The Premier League is widely known for being the best league in the world and it is largely down to the quality that is on show.

Mohamed Salah, Kevin De Bruyne and Cristiano Ronaldo are all there, but who would make it even better?

The top Premier League clubs are chasing Erling Haaland, while Robert Lewandowski could leave Bayern in the summer if he does not sign a new contract.

Here, talkSPORT.com looks at those two, plus other players we’d love to see in England’s top flight with Tradepoint.

Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich)

For several seasons Lewandowski has flirted with a move to England, and with his contract up in 2023, he could finally make the switch to the Premier League in the summer.

Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Man City have all been linked with the forward who even asked Poland teammate Matty Cash about the division.

“He’s fluent in English. He asked me about the Premier League – the intensity of it,” Cash said to talkSPORT.

“But he knows anyway because everyone knows what the Premier League is about.”

Kylian Mbappe (PSG)

Available to sign as a free agent, Mbappe is being courted by every top club in Europe.

The French superstar is widely expected to leave PSG for a new adventure with a move to record Champions League holders Real Madrid expected to go ahead.

With that said, he has been linked to Liverpool in the past and has flirted with Reds fans in the past with comments about Klopp’s side.

“What Liverpool do in this moment is amazing,” he said in January 2020. “They’re like a machine, they’ve found a rhythm and are like ‘we play again, we play again’.

“They’ve lost zero games. When you watch you think everything’s easy but that’s not easy. The guys are focused, they play games every three days and they win, they win, they win.

“Now the problem is that everybody watches Liverpool, and everybody watches what we can do against them, so now they have to show they are strong again but it’s a very good team with a very good manager.”

Erling Haaland (Borussia Dortmund)

Since bursting onto the scene for Red Bull Salzburg in 2019, Haaland has simply been a freak of nature in front of goal.

Similarly to Mbappe, Haaland is expected to leave the club this summer when his release clause comes into effect.

Man City, Chelsea, Man United and Liverpool are all linked to the striker who is also attracting interest from fellow Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona, and French champions PSG.

Jude Bellingham (Borussia Dortmund)

Many questioned why his boyhood club Birmingham City retired his shirt number, no.22, when he left for Dortmund, but since then it is easy to understand why they did.

Even at his age, the 18-year-old is showing fans across the world how special he is with a series of dazzling displays and scintillating performances from central midfield.

Liverpool are reportedly lining up a £90m offer for Bellingham who is said to be ‘worth every penny’ according to former Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor.

“He’d be worth every penny,” he told talkSPORT.

“He’s 18, he’s going to keep improving. I’ve watched him a few times, he’s unbelievable, and he’s going to keep improving, especially at Dortmund where he’s playing every week.

“I think it makes sense if he goes to Liverpool as well because you have to keep improving.”

Paulo Dybala (Juventus)

The 28-year-old’s contract is nearly up and will reportedly not sign a new deal with the Old Lady.

Given the quality he possesses having scored 109 goals in 274 for Juve, Dybala would be a tremendous addition and one that would put fans on the edge of their seats.

His versatility is a big plus as well given that he is comfortable playing anywhere across the attack.

It would be a bitter pill to swallow though for the Serie A giants to lose another big name having lost Cristiano Ronaldo in the 2021 summer transfer window.

Liverpool have been the strongest linked out of all the Premier League clubs and were reportedly keen on signing him in this transfer window but could now wait until he becomes a free agent.

Dusan Vlahovic (Fiorentina)

Having starred in Serie A for the last two seasons, Vlahovic has been widely tipped to make the next step up in his career.

The ice-cold finisher has torn defences apart having scored 21 goals in 37 games in the 2020/21 season and 16 strike in 20 games so far this season.

Not only has he found the net on a regular basis, he even equalled Ronaldo’s record of 33 Serie A goals in a calendar year during 2021.

Tottenham, Manchester United and Man City have all been linked with the striker but in the current present, Arsenal are said to be the front-runner for the Serbian’s signature.

Vlahovic is said to be rated at £70m and the Gunners have already tested the waters by offering £43m plus midfielder, Lucas Torreira.

Jeremy Doku (Stade Rennais)

The Belgium winger produced a few sensational displays for his nation at Euro 2020 which has led to Liverpool reportedly stepping up their interest in Doku.

The 19-year-old started twice in the competition and provided an assist in Belgium’s quarter-final defeat to Italy.

His potential has been noticed for sometime now and speaking to Ouest France, Doku revealed that Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea tried to sign him in 2018.

“I was going to be 16 and that was the age you can sign a pro contract. A lot of teams came to see me,” the Stade Rennais star said.

“Everyone talks about Liverpool because it was the most concrete interest but there was also Arsenal and Chelsea.

“I was able to discuss with Jurgen [Klopp], [Sadio] Mane, [Georginio] Wijnaldum… [Steven] Gerrard too. I talked a lot with Mane but we didn’t really talk about football. We talked about everything.

“He told me that I was young, that I still had time… he wasn’t trying to convince me or to say to me ‘come here, you will succeed’.”

Given Doku’s age and potential, he would be an incredible signing for Liverpool
