Willian will reportedly leave Arsenal this summer just one year after he joined on a free transfer from Chelsea.

The Brazilian winger rejected a contract at Stamford Bridge to pen a three-year deal with London rivals Arsenal.

But the 32-year-old has struggled to make much on an impact with the Gunners in a disappointing season.

He has just one goal and five assists in just 25 appearances.

Despite having two years left on his deal, and speaking of aspirations of to win the Champions League with the club, his stay is expected to come to an end.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano wrote on Twitter: “After David Luiz, also Willian is expected to leave Arsenal this summer. #AFC 

“There’s interest from European clubs and from MLS – Inter Miami wanted him last summer. Arsenal are waiting for official bids.”

This week, it was widely reported that Luiz, who joined from Chelsea two years ago for an £8million fee, informed the Gunners he would not sign an extension to his deal.

The 34-year-old has been linked with a free transfer to David Beckham’s Inter Miami, where he would join up with former Paris Saint-Germain teammate Blaise Matuidi in the MLS.
