When Lorine Ndidi Briggs visited Ghana in 2021, she didn’t expect to come back to Nigeria with inspiration for a new business venture. Ndidi, who has a full-time job and runs a boutique, was introduced to Bolt Food in Ghana when she needed to order Nigerian delicacies. She was amazed by the order and delivery process on the Bolt Food platform and committed to starting her own food business when she returned to Nigeria.
