The All Progressives Congress, APC, National Executive Council, NEC, yesterday, shifted authority to its National Working Committee, NWC, for 90 days. NEC, under the leadership of the party’s National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, decided to shift its powers to the NWC in order to function maximally.
