U.S. targets degrading Russian firepower as it shifts Ukrainian goal

By sending artillery power to Ukraine, the U.S.  now aims to degrade Russian firepower — not only on the immediate battlefield but over the longer term, according to US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and military experts.
