Angry mob stripes two alleged cannibals naked, makes to set them ablaze

An angry mob on Monday striped naked two men, identified as Alaba Abiodun and Samuel for allegedly eating human flesh. But for the timely arrival of policemen, the suspects would have been set ablaze.

It was gathered that a passerby along the rail line in Ikeja saw three men in tattered clothes with one of them making a call and another eating a meat suspected to be human flesh.

The passerby raised an alarm that attracted the mob which instantly pounced on the suspected cannibals. Luck was on the side of the one making the phone call as he managed to escape.
