Ganduje thanks Buhari for appointing El-Yakub as minister

Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje said the appointment of Umar El-Yakub as the Minister of State for Works and Housing by President Muhammadu Buhari will reinforce the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano state.
