The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has arrested the managing director and chief executive of Marvelrock Pharmaceuticals and Stores Limited, Orakwe Chibuike Celestine, for allegedly engaging in sales of illicit and controlled drugs on popular e-commerce platform, Jiji.ng.
