EDPA sets to hand over 68 housing units to subscribers in Emotan Gardens Estate

Benin City: The Edo State Development Property Agency (EDPA) has concluded plans to hand over 68 housing units to subscribers of its affordable housing scheme in Emotan Gardens Estate, Benin City, the state capital.
