Budget Defence: House C’ttee Slams Foreign Affairs Minister over Extra-Budget

Juliet Akoje in Abuja The House of Representatives’ Committee on Foreign Affairs yesterday slammed the minister of foreign affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama over an alleged extra-budgetary expenditure in billions of naira.
