Flood: IYC slams minister, says comments on Bayelsa provocative

The Ijaw Youths Council has accused the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Farouq, of bias. The IYC said the minsiter’s recent comments that Bayelsa was not among the top 10 states impacted by the flood was provocative.
