The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency has said it will create three additional zonal offices to increase its intervention in environmental practices among residents of the state. The General Manager, Dr Dolapo Fasawe, made this known, according to a statement on Sunday, during the last management meeting for the year with senior members of the
